All product returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt;  buyer to pay return shipping cost.  Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking/re-measuring fee - it is our sole discretion as to whether or not you will be charged a restocking fee.  Refunds will NOT include fees that we do not get back from Paypal or our Credit Card Processor.    Returns will be in the form of either refund or store credit for all returns within 14 days.   Returns after 14 days will be at the sole discretion of Wire Barn. 

NOTE:  Paypal and our Credit Card Processor do NOT refund to us the fees on your purchase.   We now charge you the processing fee on the portion of any refund so that we do not lose money on refunds any longer.  We don't mind offering refunds when you change your mind, but we should not be on the hook for fees on a transaction that never actually ends up taking place. 

No returns on quantities over 5K Feet of any color/gauge of wire without prior written authorization.  Restocking fees may apply in either case.   In the case of larger orders please understand that we purchase quantities that we cannot return and while we eventually could sell all of it, it may have to sit on the warehouse floor for a considerable time which increases risk of aging/damage, etc.   In most cases we won't accept returns on the larger quantities unless it's something we think we'll move fast.   
You must request an RMA number prior to returning product.
If product shows signs of having been used, cut, stripped, or otherwise damaged, refund will be denied.  
Any damage/missing items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt for adjustment to be made.   Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
